there is a lot of evidence that the real reason he mas murdered had to do with the fact that they were involved in a drug deal that went bad. hate crimes bills are a bad idea. people should be punished for what they do, not for what they think. besides, the crime they DID commit made them eligable for the death penalty. what would the hate crimes law authorize? two death penalties?

Yes, yes, just like there is "a lot of evidence" Hillary Clinton murdered Vince Foster, George W. Bush blew up the World Trade Center, and Barack Obama is actually from Kenya.
Just because you don't want to deal with reality doesn't mean your made up fairy tales now qualify as evidence.
