Ok, I've fixed some shit. I'll do more later. At least the site is back and not a bunch of ugly bandwidth exceeded boxes.

That shit was fucked.

I'm still figuring out what I'm going to do on the bandwidth though. I've kind of got something in mind, just need to be sure.
