Was this christian protestor guy with the Westboro church or just another random dickhead?

I read about Phelps and his group and how they are picketing the funerals of dead Iraq war soldiers. Why? Not because the war was unjust, but because soldiers are working for America which is an evil nation. But not because of what you might think America is evil because of homosexual tolerance. Wow.
