The fact is, if you have a high level and a low level character, you will miss the high lvl's abilities. Thats why every time I try to create a new account, all I do in the end is take up a space on the hiscores and a perfectly good name...Hybrid Stryk is a level 5 I left in Lumbridge after 2 hours when I realized I had to walk to Varrock without that shortcut with the broken fence...
