Changing the Comment Display Order

You can choose to display comments with the first comment at the top of the comment window, or the most recent comment at the top of the comment window.

To change the comment display order:

1. On the main HaloScan site, select Settings from the menu on the left.
2. In the Window Settings section, set the Comment Sort Order to either:
   • Oldest to Recent - to have the oldest comment at the top of the comment window.
   • Most Recent to Oldest - to have the most recent comment at the top of the comment window.
3. Scroll down the page, and click Save Settings.

Note: The default setting is Oldest to Recent.

Having the oldest comment at the top of the comment window will allow your readers to follow the thread of the comments down the page and usually helps keep the 'thread' going.
