What's the difference between the basic and premium accounts? Donating to HaloScan ensures the system can continue to run by paying for the upkeep of the servers. In return those who donate, premium members, receive additional features and functionality.
What is a Gravatar?
"A gravatar, or globally recognized avatar, is quite simply an 80×80 pixel avatar image that follows you from weblog to weblog appearing beside your name when you comment on gravatar enabled sites. Avatars help identify your posts on web forums, so why not on weblogs?

What are Trackbacks? Wikipedia∞ defines trackback as follows:
Trackback is a system [...] that alerts and allows a blogger to see who has blogged about posts on his or her blog. The system works by sending a 'ping' between the blogs, and therefore providing the alert.
SixApart have a "beginners" guide to trackback∞ that contains more information on the concept.
What does Trackback do exactly?
Next to each post on your weblog, there will be a "trackback" link. Clicking on the link will allow your readers to see a list of sites that relate to your post.
Visitors to your site can "ping" your trackback link to let you know that they have written an entry in their weblog about your post. You can also ping your own trackback URL if you find an article, weblog post, or a site that relates to your post. Thus, trackback allows you to maintain a list of "related links" with minimal effort.
Currently, there is a limit of 3,000 characters per comment (10,000 characters for premium members) with an unlimited number of comments per comment page.
What HTML tags can be used in my comments?
You can add a link using the <a></a> tags, make the text bold using the <b></b> tags, make the text italic by using the <i></i> tags, and create a new line in your comment by using the linebreak tag <br>.
You can learn more about these tags, and about HTML, at the W3School∞
Can smilies be used in my comments?
There are a few smilies provided for your use. If you click on the question mark in the comment page, it will bring up a menu allowing you to click on the smiley you want, and it will also show all the html tags that you can use while commenting. Smiley support can also be disabled completely.
Can Google index my comments?
This depends on how you have HaloScan installed, for more details, please refer to this post in the HaloScan forum∞.

~& Yeuch, this'll need reformatting - how about one page of questions and a couple of pages of answers (split between general, comments and trackback questions??). Take the same approach with the Troubleshooting section, one page of "issues" linking to another page providing the solutions (probably a page per solution due to their nature)

Example - the comment count limitation - the answer page can explain what it is and WHY it is (by linking to "How HaloScan works" or summat...)
