Installing HaloScan
Depending on the blog publishing tool you are using, and there are many, the installation instructions will differ. Most of the instructions have been taken from the HaloScan forums, so thanks to everyone who put in the hard work to write them up.The following instructions will install both commenting and trackback facilities on your blog. You can have only the comment link or only the trackback link if you want.
Blogger users
There are a few considerations to bear in mind before you install. The Automatic Installation DOES NOT delete or lose any comments left using the Blogger commenting system, but you won't be able to display or access those comments through HaloScan.
