If you are not receiving email notifications of new comments there are a few things to check.
Whilst there are times when HaloScan may fail to send out a notification email, typically the emails are sent out but aren't received. This can happen for a variety of reasons, all HaloScan can do is ensure the emails are leaving correctly.
No email notifications
If you are not receiving email notifications of new comments there are a few things to check.
- Have you activated this service?
- Is your registered email correct?
- Do you or your ISP have a spam filter that is blocking HaloScan emails?
