      <description>The fallacy there is the notion that the man had consented to be taxed and to receive those benefits.  That is false.  No such choice was ever presented to him or anyone else.  He's just getting back some of the loot that was stolen from him.</description>

One can have liberty or security, but not both.  The most secure individual in the wold is the one locked behind bars.  Does he have liberty?  Absolutely not!  I for one will choose liberty over security any day.
