      <description>Thanks Darrell - you're right on the constant use.  What happened over time was that most of the managers caught the bug and sent voicemails to Bruce recognising their own people which he passed on with a comment. This was incredibly reinforcing.

      <description>Yes - the pacesetter - I hadn't thought of them as I was thinking more of team sports.  Thinking of where runners might run as teams, the African nations in the longer distances may be doing a similar thing.</description>
