I will admit that it was better in concept than execution. Culp and Katt had a great chemistry though. The effects themselves were about on par for TV at the time. And it was good when I was nine AND still when I was 11.

I think its shortcomings make it ripe for do-over on the big screen. The idea was good and the heart was there. Robert Culp rocks.

I think you've been blinded by nostalgia. Sure, Greatest American Hero was good... when you were nine. I'm not so sure awkward flying scenes in front of bad rear-projection will have the same entertainment value for you today.

And thank you SO much for getting the damn theme song stuck in my head.

No, but apparently his fan is and has some pull to get a movie made.

Wait, aren't you Mr. Clive Barker fan circa 1987 or so?

They actually wanted the movie to be released as "Clive Barker's Midnight Meat Train" but failed. Don't know if that was Barker's doing or the studio deciding not to waste expensive marketing dollars with additional words on the posters that probably would have no imp

What a shitty question to ask. Clone Wars is the worst of these three films by leaps and bounds. I really feel that Jones and X-Files tried. I think Speilberg and Ford had good intentions and Chris Carter had good intentions with X-files. I could still go into another X-files film or TV-Movie with reasonable expectations. X-Files was a mis-step, but not awful. Jones was misguided by the cont...
