Pecans! Also, instead of a muffin tin you can sit the cut circles along side each other in a cake tin after painting the bottom with your "syrup". That avoids the over flow. It's fun to pull apart the pieces to eat too. I just made a batch of bread yesterday, my standard recipe. Plus a little rolled oats. And some whole wheat (graham) flour. Mmmm, fresh bread and butter!
