      <description>I like the post.  While many people quiver at these techno goodies, I believe it's great to integrate these into our daily routines.  The mere minutes we save add up to hours per year that we can better spend working on ways to impove the quality care that our residents deserve.</description>

      <description>Wow! That's great.. How about overtime does he watch the time clocked in and out? Every five minutes counts at the end of the year. Has the Director updated the employees daily check list, are there time stops or do they just wonder around, and never let housekeepers measure chemicals ( they think the darker the color of the bottle with chemical the better it works WRONG it just cost more).

      <description>This news is dumbfounding.All nursing homes must take this as message for them to make sure that their security is tight enough to prevent such incidents. Every entrance and exit should be manned. If necessary, they should search every incoming guest or personnel. It's the right of seniors to feel safe and secured within the confines of their nursing home.</description>
