On my third (fourth if you count the guy with the wrong parts) visit, one of the three technicians was very patient and just stayed with me until he made sure it worked. I have had two &quot;technicians&quot; out at my apartment and a third scheduled. I have also made a trip to Comcast's customer service center. I have made many phone calls and each time a service representative has told me something different. I'm tired of putting so much effort into getting their service to work. All their service representatives are very nice</description>
