      <description>I had a similar thing happen earlier this year.  At TD we also offer clinics where you can donate so I figured I would do my part and participate.  My Dad is a regular blood donor so I felt as though I should also help the cause (even though needles make me dizzy). I've been donating for a long time and i've been turned down a few times for low iron, but i always try to have some red meat a day or two before i donate (good excuse for a steak! lol).</description>
