      <description>Came upon Argh-a-Blog re: Neil Stephen Sonenberg today (8/8/08) and it's right on the money and so well written.  I was lusting for a Mallomar while reading only to realize it's August and Mallomars are still many weeks away.

      <description>I love the Smoothie Dogma! I don't use sweeteners in my smoothie recipes either but I do use vanilla yogurt in moderation. Use a little more liquid to keep the mix from sticking.</description>

One note though, you would have searched long and hard for Andy Warhol's grave there, because he is buried across town in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. He's in a very small, almost unnoticeable, cemetery off of Route 88.</description>
